Our aim is to create a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment where girls and boys ages 5-17 can heal, grow, and rebuild. Every client receives a care plan shaped around emotional, behavioral, developmental, and intellectual needs while our team supports accountability, stability, relationships, education, recreation, and clinical progress.
Therapeutic Services
Comprehensive treatment and support programs
Services are coordinated with licensed professionals and community partners so each child can receive care that fits their specific goals and needs.
ABA therapy is provided through Hidden Light ABA. Life skills services are provided by On Track Counseling Services. Speech therapy, physical therapy, specialized counseling, and other therapies are provided through contracted licensed professionals and community partners.
Residential Accommodations
A home-like environment with clear expectations and therapeutic structure.
Manda Kidz balances comfort, safety, normalcy, faith-informed values, and accountability. The residential program is designed to support emotional regulation, healthy routines, and meaningful progress for girls and boys in our care.
Private room options
Private rooms may be available when clinically appropriate or needed.
Safe recreation
Each child has access to a TV and monitored PS4 gaming system for structured recreation.
Reduced outside distractions
Personal cell phones are not allowed so the environment remains focused, safe, and therapeutic.
Point and reward system
Children can earn weekly incentives and money based on progress, participation, behavior, and individualized goals.
Educational Opportunities
Onsite learning through Brookesmith Independent School District.
Manda Kidz rents a separate building for the homeschool program, giving children a smaller classroom setting where they can interact socially, receive educational support, and continue learning in a safe and structured environment.
Medical and Therapeutic Support
Clinical continuity with daily structure.
We prioritize safety, well-being, structure, normalcy, and compassionate care while supporting each child socially, academically, medically, and therapeutically.
Onsite medical services
Medical services are available onsite to help maintain continuity of care.
Registered nurse onsite
A Registered Nurse supports daily health needs and care coordination.
Psychiatric support
Psychiatric services and support staff monitor and address mental health needs.
Social and Recreational Activities
Healing also happens through positive experiences and healthy relationships.
